It’s the underside of the elevated Central Freeway (US 101) in San Francisco. The reflections/ghost effects were done with the Salvador lens in the iPhone Hipstamatic app.
This part of 101 is quite different than mine. Those houses remind me of the past like the discovery of the ruins of the old SF city hall found last week.
