  1. This location is on one of my regular walks in San Francisco (South of Market). Long time readers may recognize its previous appearance on Wordless Wednesday. This time, I used the Hipstomatic app on the iPhone, which I have been experimenting with over the past couple of weeks.

  2. Going down? The color reminds me a a popular song on the radio when I was very young about a green door which I never understood except on the other side of the record was a one eye one horned flying purple people eater. Guess I thought it lived behind the green door and this looks to me just like a staircase which could lead to that mystery spot LOL

  3. It is actually named for an inexpensive film camera (Hipstamatic 100), but that name may have been a takeoff on the Instamatic.

  4. I almost thought I’d stumbled upon the wrong page when it wasn’t totally black and white! I liked seeing the two perspectives, so thanks for linking back to the previous shot; I’d missed that one. It’s been ages since I’ve heard the words Hipstamatic AND Instamatic. This was truly a trip down memory lane. And how interesting that apps can do some of the fancy filter effects of photoshop.

  5. Interesting color paint and perhaps a graffiti on the side, but I probably won’t venture down there unless there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

  6. What a difference using a different lens. Actually, this picture looks a bit more scary than the previous one.

  7. Neat picture! The stairs look pretty steep to me too. I already felt like I was falling down them. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for linking up with me today for WW. I hope you had a great day!
