So much concrete and steel to city life in America.

Interesting angles in your shot. I’ve found myself looking at a lot of SF photos today – would love to visit!

That must be a tricky spot if the speed limit is only 10 MPH!

“Shine” always makes me think of the Quarterflash song of the same name. I’m so 80s.

  9. CatSynth Says:

That particular overpass is for busses stopping at the Transbay Terminal – hence the low speed limit.

Wow! Lots of angles! Not a very pretty part of a city, but the picture is taken from an interesting perspective. I would not want to look at that view from my window.

    Nice street scene.

I just got a Roland JV-35, new in the box, for $275. I can’t wait to the weekend to really check it out.

Hi Catsynth, Thanks for stopping by my Something Sighted blog.
This is a cool picture, and it looks you aimed your camera toward Beale street from the What’s up Dog at Beale and Howard. I love cats and many many years ago I used to listen to a synth band’s like the Screamers, Brian Eno, Gary Numan,Devo etc. The good old days :-)

Now I’m going to take a look at some of your older pictures.
    See ya!

Like the photo! All the shapes just come together. A kitty needs to be on that highest beam–just to look at the world and have the world ask: “How’d he get uP there!” :)

  17. CatSynth Says:

James: that is correct, it was from near the corner of Beale and Howard, looking north towards Market St!

LOVE IT. Very interesting to have it in a conglomeration of buildings alongside a highway. Urban photos fascinate me.

Nice pic. I almost didn’t see the speed limit sign. Good thing I’m not driving. :)
