This a view of downtown San Francisco from Dolores Park in the Mission District. I was there on Sunday for an afternoon picnic with friends. Although it was bright and sunny, patches of fog were coming through, as you can see towards the large buildings in the distance. And thus, it was a typically cool day for us.
Before I read your introductory comment, I imagined that perhaps all those folks sprawled about were enjoying the park during their lunch hour. Sunday works just as well — and what would San Francisco be without some fog?!
How nice! It looks like it was a beautiful day in SF. If this had been a mere two weeks ago, I would have said how excited I am to be moving to the area. Alas, I'm staying where I am, now.

Very nice park, and a great view too!
If the parks here at home are as pretty as that, and as well maintained, I'd be there more often.

Conrete jungles are slowly eating our open spaces. Glad to see this park is holding on.

People seem really out to soak in the sun !
What a contrast to have fog patches on a seemingly sunny day !
